Informative

For my broadsheet design, I was assigned the year 1922. This was the year Tutankhamun’s tomb was discovered by archaeologist Howard Carter. It was also the year where the first documentary film was released. The broadsheet is called ‘Informative’.

The discovery of Tutankhamun’s tomb was the top news in 1922, so I used an Egyptian themed colour scheme such as golds, greens and purple shades. The use of a bright header banner on each page gives the broadsheet a striking visual identity.
