Exodus

This publication is a response to the ISTD ‘migration’ brief 2020. Exodus is a guide from our past visions of space travel, to our first and more recent migrations into space.

It aims not only to convince the reader that migrating to Mars is humankinds best chance of survival, but to celebrate our legacy of space exploration.

The use of Astrophotography brings fascination and beauty to the publication, and aids the reader to visualise each story. In terms of colour, warm colours such as orange were used when covering topics based around Mars, this is juxtaposed against cool blues tones when covering the topics of our moon. The publication target market is Generation Z, which is why it takes on a contemporary aesthetic, in order to appeal to a modern audience.

I am delighted to say I was granted ISTD membership and my publication was awarded a merit.
